Custodial Services

Contact custodial services for snow/waste removal, recycling and processing of B7 requests for moving furniture.

Responsibilities for MOT (B7) requests:

• Asphalt patching/paving
• Concrete repairs
• Welding
• Play equipment repairs
• Trucking (i.e., topsoil, wood chips)
• Trash removal – scrap metal, brush
• Fence repairs
• Athletic field maintenance
• Lawn care
• Tree trimming/removal
• Small engine repair (i.e., lawnmowers, snow blowers)
• Furniture transfers

Requests to have used furniture and/or new furniture either picked up or delivered should first be sent to property management on an IF-1 form for approval. Property management will forward this request to custodial services for pickup and/or delivery.

• Light bulbs, ballasts and batteries (green tip lamps cannot be thrown in the trash; they must be recycled)
  If you have any of the materials listed above that need to be disposed of, use the Hazardous Waste Inventory Form. Print the form, fill it out and send to the Energy, Environmental Health and Safety Office. None of the items listed above can be thrown away in the regular trash. In most cases, you can call or e-mail the EEHS office; and let them know what you have for disposal. You may not need to fill out a form. Contact Robert Boxler, program manager, 70 N.
