Beverly began her career at Akron Public Schools in 1998. She has worked in LPDC, Information Services and Head Start. She has been in the Human Resources Department, Substitute Services, for five years.

Her responsibilities include processing all records for hiring, certification and payroll for substitute teachers. She also monitors the Subfinder system to assure all elementary teacher absences are filled with substitutes.
