Welcome to Student Support Services

It is the Akron Public Schools' goal to provide our students an education in a safe, well-organized environment. To do this, we all must share in the responsibility.

The following information is provided under the Student Services and Security Tab.  Links (on the left) to our Code of Student Behavior (an outline of the rules and regulations for student behavior in our schools) and its associated Q&A (answers to the most commonly asked questions about the Code of Student Behavior) are provided. Please read the information carefully, and review it with your child. A list of currently required immunizations is also provided.  As is information concerning Custody Permits, the Akron Plan, and Work Permits.
