Enrollment Registration

Registration is NOW OPEN for all grades for the 2013-14 school year!

To enroll your child, visit the school your child will attend for the 2013-14 school year; or come to the Administration Building at 70 N. Broadway, Akron. If you don't know your home school or have a question, contact Student Support Services at 330.761.2741.

Eligibility Criteria:
Children must be 5 years old by September 30, 2013, to enter kindergarten.

What to Bring:

Child’s birth certificate
Complete and up-to-date immunization records (see below)
Custody or guardianship paperwork, if applicable
Two (2) proofs of residency (see below)
Parent or guardian photo ID

Immunizations Required for Enrollment:

5 doses DPT (Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus)
4 doses IPV (Polio)
2 doses MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
3 doses Hepatitis B
2 doses Varicella (Chickenpox)

Accepted Residency Documents:
Utility bills (except phone), voter registration cards, lease agreement, sales agreement, bank or charge account statements, driver’s license, postal change of address, health cards or hospital bills, pay stubs, court documents or police reports
