Board Member

Sims is an administrator of special projects and government affairs for Akron Summit Community Action Inc. In this role, she has served as a liaison to the community and legislative bodies while promoting the advancement of ASCA’s educational, economic development and social programs. Previously, she has served in leadership roles for the County of Summit Board of Development Disabilities and the Ohio Black Legislative Caucus.
