STEM School students participate in China Week's Poetry Slam

STEM School learners participated in The University of Akron's China Week, sponsored by the Confucius Institute. The week-long event explored China's culture, politics, economics, history, philosophy, language, martial arts and cuisine. A group of students contributed to a "Chinese Poetry Slam," accompanied by traditional Chinese musical performances and joined by 25 University of Akron Chinese students. The STEM School was the only middle school represented at the event.
