Want to be a Bell Ringer This Holiday Season?

Image of Salvation Army logoThe Salvation Army is looking for Bell Ringers for its annual Red Kettle fundraising campaign.

Requirements: Must reserve spots for a minimum of two-hour increments. Please note that some of these locations will be in the foyers of buildings and may be chilly if weather is cold; bell ringers should dress warmly. Note: if a club or organization reserves an entire day of bell ringing, this is a 10-hour reservation; five volunteer bell ringers can each do two-hour shifts per day.
Who: Anyone interested in helping the community of Summit County
What: Bell ringing for The Salvation Army’s Red Kettle fundraising campaign; 100% of the donations are used for programs such as soup kitchens, family & social services, and children’s services.
When: Bell ringing runs from November 6-December 24, Mondays-Saturdays (but not Sundays) from 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
Where: 40+ locations (see attachment); time/location slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Why: To help those in need in Summit County
