The Akron Zoo will offer two discounts in the next few weeks - one for Election Day and one for Veterans Day. On Election Day, November 3, the zoo will be free for all guests. Parking is $3, and guests will need to reserve tickets online at
akronzoo.org. Veterans Appreciation Days will be November 7-11. All past and present veterans will receive free admission, and immediate family members will receive 50% off. Tickets for the Veterans Appreciation Days may be reserved by calling 330.375.2550 at least 24 hours in advance, and guests will need to show valid military ID upon arrival at the zoo.
