Boost for Attendance Incentives

The Cleveland Browns Foundation on Tuesday presented a check to Akron Public Schools for $100,000 to help with attendance initiatives in the district.

The money was donated by the Arby's Foundation for the Browns' "Stay in the Game" initiative to aid school districts with additional resources to boost student attendance in school and reduce chronic absenteeism.

The money will go toward resources for all 47 Akron school buildings, according to a news release. Read more here >>.
