The Akron Alumnae, Zeta Alpha and Epsilon Mu Chapters of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. will present a virtual event titled Financial Fitness For Your Future. This virtual event will take place Oct. 16 from 9 a.m.-noon and will include topics such as student financial aid, cybersecurity and crime prevention tools and resources, and understanding capital and resources for your small business. The keynote speaker is Vish Bhatt, VP, Community Impact, United Way of Summit & Medina. Spotlight speakers are Robert DeJournett, VP, Opportunity and Inclusion, Greater Akron Chamber; and Rose Saborse, director, Community & Partnerships, Bounce Innovation Hub.
