
Congratulations to NIHF STEM students inducted into the National Junior Honor Society (NJHS). The ceremony was on May 20 in the school's Great Hall. The school principal, Amanda Morgan, gave the welcome. Sixth-grade students read the NJHS pillars. The sixth-grade students hope to be inducted into NJHS next school year. Juwan Lane, the assistant principal, was the keynote speaker. She shared that she was a member of NJHS. Her favorite pillar is service. She told students that small acts of service could be great. There was a muffin and fruit juice reception after the ceremony. School counselor, Chrissy Heade, coordinated the event.
