The "25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee" is a fun, light-hearted look at the quirky characters who show up at spelling bees, both the students who spell and the adults who run the bees. It started as an off-Broadway production, encouraging audience participation. A few audience members are invited to participate as spellers each night. Actually, a national tour of this show will be at Playhouse Square in May! The Kenmore-Garfield event is April 26-27 in the auditorium beginning at 7 p.m. All tickets are $5.
