During the summer of 2018, the Jr. ROTC cadets from Ellet High School have served the Akron School Board at its twice-monthly meetings. The tradition goes back several years for the cadets at Ellet, and the Akron School Board recognizes the commitment the students have made by posting colors at board meetings each June, July and August during their summer vacation.
