The conference took place at the Galaxy Banquet Center on October 2.

The Outstanding Board Member is presented as OSBA Regional Fall Conferences. Board members must be nominated by their board in order to receive the recognition. Outstanding board member recipients impact the future of their students and the welfare of their communities through their enormous contributions to public education. Board members receiving this recognition are also considered for the All-Ohio School Board Award. Each region selects a representative to the All-Ohio School Board from the Outstanding Board Member nominees.
