We at Akron Public Schools strive to assist our families and community with the best in transportation services possible. The Request for Transportation form is for our families whose students attend charter, parochial or non-public schools. All schools must adhere to the Akron Public Schools transportation guidelines that our public school students adhere to.

This form is for students in grades K-8, only. We do not provide transportation services for preschool or high school students. Students who are in high school would need to complete a Metro bus pass application. Please note that you may also be required to provide various documentation when completing this form, including, but not limited to, birth certificate, current proof of residency, custody documents and/or more.
