Student Success Celebration Nomination Form

The Student Success Celebration Committee is a standing committee of the Akron Board of Education dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the outstanding achievements of Akron Public Schools students. Comprised of Board members and district leadership, the committee meets publicly to highlight stories of student success that reflect the impact of our academic programs, extracurricular activities, and community partnerships.

Each month, the committee curates nominations from across the district in the areas of:

Athletic Achievements
Arts & Creativity
Service & Leadership
Personal Triumphs

By sharing these inspiring stories, the committee affirms the Board’s deep commitment to uplifting student voices and honoring the incredible work happening in APS every day.
