Children's Hospital Celebrates North HS Scholars

North High School scholars had the opportunity to participate in a paid internship working in various fields for Akron Children's Hospital during the last eight weeks. During that time, they were specifically challenged to participate in research projects, develop their leadership skills and journal about their experiences. This video showcases their closing ceremonies. Many on hand July 26 told us that the scholars who began their journey back in June are not the same scholars who stood before their peers and the hospital leadership on this day.

Much was learned; even more was gained. Thank you to Akron Children's Hospital for partnering with us to provide these wonderful experiences to our learners.
