Is Your Wand at the Ready?

Wands are at the ready as Firestone Theatre prepares to present the Ohio high school premiere of the magical play Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. The play will be presented Nov. 7-10 in the Linda B. Kersker Auditorium at Firestone CLC (470 Castle Blvd.). The performances are at 7 p.m. on Nov. 7-9 and 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 10. A pre-show chat in the school's LRC is at 6:15 p.m. prior to every 7 p.m. performance, and a post-show talk-back is in the auditorium after the Nov. 10 performance. Tickets are available at Akron-Booktix.com and at the door the day of the performance, ranging from $17 for premium VIP seats to $13 for reserved seats and $10 for general admission. A family four-pack of reserved tickets is also available at a greatly reduced price.
