Polymer Palooza: Exploring Polymers at Akron Children's Museum

Akron Children's Museum, in collaboration with the Polymer Industry Cluster, will present Polymer Palooza, an opportunity for attendees to witness the magic of polymers firsthand on June 8 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the museum (216 S. Main St.). From the rubber in your sneakers to the plastic in your water bottle, polymers play a vital role in our daily lives. The event includes an exciting chemical demonstration by Goodyear's scientists and interactive exhibits from slime making to exploring the strength of different materials.
