Akron Children's Hospital School-Based Health Care offers convenient sports physicals to students during school hours. Call 330.543.7242 for an appointment.
Sports physicals are also a part of an athlete's annual well visit with their primary care provider. Call 330.543.2778 for a primary care appointment.
Transfers
Students can now transfer back to their home school from another public or private system without penalty. This is a one-time transfer only. Call the athletic office for assistance with the Bylaw 4-7-2 Exception 9 paperwork.
