Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) support this goal, giving employees a chance to connect with like-minded coworkers, engage in career development and community projects, and lend their voices to district initiatives.
ERGs provide our staff members with a support system where they can network and connect with colleagues who share similar backgrounds, experiences or interests. These employee-led groups are structured to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace that aligns with the mission, vision and policies of our district.

At the date of hire or after a life event (marriage, divorce, birth of child, etc.), employees will have 30 days to enroll and/or change their benefit elections. All employee and employer deposits into retirement pension system accounts are automatic and are based on your job position. The district offers several different options for 403B plans and 457 plans, which are available to employees on a voluntary basis.
