Our Focus
At APS, we believe in creating safe, welcoming learning environments at school and at home. Through Project RISE, Family Liaisons, community partnerships, and volunteer opportunities, we foster valuable connections among students, families, and community-based organizations. Together, these efforts help build a stronger, more connected Akron where every student is set up to succeed.

We help homeless students gain equitable access to educational opportunities and vital resources.

APS family liaisons help build relationships between families and faculty to encourage student growth.
