The STEM High School Robotics Club (#60883) took four teams to its first VEX Robotics tournament of the school year at Loudonville High School Saturday, October 27, 2018.
All four teams performed well throughout the day with Team A advancing to the final round. At the end of the qualifying rounds, Team A’s stellar performance earned it a bid to the VEX Robotics State Competition in March 2019 in Columbus.
At Loudenville, STEM High School took home two awards: Skills Champions (First in the State) and the Excellence Award, which is the highest award given in the competition and is compiled from a combination of Qualification Ranking, Skills Ranking, Engineering Notebook and Interview process.
Kudos to STEM's robotics squad.
