ArtSparks' 10-year anniversary will be celebrated with a free Pop-Up Class and performance at Weathervane Playhouse (1301 Weathervane Lane) on July 7 beginning at 2:30 p.m. Weathervane and ArtSparks will also hold a Neighborhood Playhouse this summer at Harris-Jackson CLC. This is a two-week arts camp funded by a Huntington Akron Foundation grant and is free for individuals and families of low to moderate income.
