When most were still tucked in early Saturday morning, staff from Innes and Garfield community learning centers and from North High School participated in the chilling Portage Lakes Polar Plunge and raised more than $9,200 for the Ronald McDonald House and the Akron Rotary Camp (an Innes CLC community partner).
Innes raised: $3,399
North raised: $3,932
Garfield raised $1,929
