The 2023 Akron Juneteenth Festival will be held on June 17 from 1-7 p.m. at Stoner Hawkins Park (1201 S. Hawkins Ave.). The event includes a 1 p.m. West Akron parade (leaving from Buchtel CLC), a 2 p.m. opening ceremony, sponsor and community messages at 3 p.m., a 4 p.m. Gerald R.
