Firestone CLC theatre teacher/director Mark Zimmerman sent us exciting news about his students competing at a recent thespian festival and advancing to the next level.
"Two of our students have earned double superiors at the recent #OhFallThesFest at Westerville Central High School," Zimmerman writes. "They are now eligible to perform at the upcoming State Thespian Conference and compete at the International Thespian Festival in June. We're excited for all who competed so passionately."
Earning Double Superior ratings are senior Fiona Coughlin (Solo Musical Theatre) and sophomore Kyle McFalls (solo musical theatre).
Other students also earning one superior rating are Jackson Bird (solo musical theatre), Anna Foltz (solo musical theatre) and Mabel Jennings (solo musical theatre).
All students competed as part of the Thespian Troupe 5570.
