East CLC Dragons quarterback Justin Cox took park in the invitation-only Elite 11 Regional Ohio last week at Massillon Washington High School. The Elite 11 is a quarterback competition for high school quarterbacks across the United States. The nation's top high school quarterbacks are selected to attend the Elite 11 finals regional competitions for more than 400 quarterbacks nationwide.
Justin is a junior and the team's captain. This season, he threw for 2,000+ yards and 25 touchdowns. An athlete and a scholar with a 4.1 GPA, Justin Cox is a member of the student-athletes leadership council. Bowling Green and Wayne State have presented him with scholarship offers. Justin transferred to Akron Public Schools to join the Keybank Finance Pathway at East CLC so that he can realize his dream of operating his own business.
