
Each summer, 400+ students across the U.S. and its territories are matched with mentors/research advisers at university, industrial and government labs for 8-10 weeks. Project SEED is a program of the American Chemical Society for students interested in chemistry/science, teaching them about potential chemistry-related careers and possible college scholarships. Students will earn at least $3,200 for 8-10 weeks of work, 40 hours per week. Virtual programs are available for students who are not near a SEED site, and the deadline has been extended.
