Schumacher CLC (1020 Hartford Ave.) will host a Community Health and Wellness Fair on April 22 from noon-3 p.m. The event includes food, kids' activities, free screening and tests, diabetes education, blood pressure checks and employment resources as well as information on positive habits, good nutrition, healthy home resources and healthy cooking.
